Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Ainmay collects through ainmay.com, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to arrange and hold a consultation.

Who we are
Ainmay is a healthcare AI advisory and delivery company. For anything in this notice, write to privacy@ainmay.com.
What we collect
When you book a consultation: your name and email, and, if you give them, your sector and what you would like to cover. We also store the time you chose and the time zone you viewed it in. If you use the short message form, we store your name, email and message.
To keep the booking form free of spam and abuse, we store a one-way hash of your IP address. We never store the IP address itself.
To understand how people find us, we store the page you came from on this site and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm parameters). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
To confirm your booking, send the calendar invite and meeting link, prepare for the call, and follow up afterwards. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Under the GDPR we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our service. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we process your data with the consent you give when you submit the booking form.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (database), Brevo (email), Google (calendar events and Meet video calls) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data only on our instructions. Their servers may be outside your country, including in India, South Korea, the European Union and the United States.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case they form part of our client records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email privacy@ainmay.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your data protection authority: the Data Protection Board of India, or the supervisory authority in your EU or UK country.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
